Rare Austrienne 5Cent Cigar Cutter Tobacco AdvertisingThis is a scarce original austrienne 5 cent cigar advertising cutter. It is plated cast iron and ni good working condition. The cutter works by pressing a cigar on teh top of the lever and pushing down. The cutter blade si there and it works as designed. The front plate still retains some original paint but has some pitting mostly on the outer frame. Teh rest of the body has a nice share of the original plating but as you can see it has some wear. I don't see any breaks or damage but there may be a small part missing that scrwes on a tab on the right side. This part screws into the base and what is left of the original is still there and no attempt has been made to remove it. It may be designed like it sits but i want to bring this to your attention. Nothing on the main body si damaged or broken.
